As the sun drowned in the sea

My thoughts lingered along with me.

The quiet sea drew out of reach,

As I walked along the sandy beach.

The golden rays engulfed the sky

With speck of clouds all floating by.

The fluttering seagulls lording the air

Gave the stars a night to share.

To the destiny it made its way

The ship I waved faraway…..

The coconuts fell on sandy side

As the waves roared with  pride.

Night approached with a dance

And the evening sailed off in a glance.

I let my mind be calm and rest

As I walked back to my little nest.

In my solitude I wandered as I thought

What I would give if I had to give;

To repay this wonderful bequest of nature,

That He has given me………
