The path was suffering from absence of light; gloominess.
The locale was suffering from absence of homosapiens; isolated.
The wide sky was suffering from absence of sun; dawn.
The bulimic dog was suffering from absence of warmth; shivering cold.
My smoky eyes were suffering from lack of sleep; languid and
Heart from lack of happiness; Ache.
My clogged ears could hear the sounds of tucking birds chirping.
The baling winter breeze fragrant with the scent of rain

Brushed my cheeks
and my brown hair was all tousled.
I waited, waited and waited
patiently; perpetually
Sadly, I was suffering from your absence.
Absence of your words; silence.
I took that as an answer.
I was never a poet until I met you.

You challenged every view I ever had.
