ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Ushasi Sen Basu, a holder of a master's degree in English Literature from Jadavpur University in Kolkata, has dedicated two decades to her career as a professional writer and editor. She previously served as the editor-in-chief of SiyaWoman.com and currently holds the position of administrative officer at Writers Workshop. In 2017, Ushasi published her debut novel, Kathputli, a contemporary literary fiction work. Following its success, her second novel, A Killer Among Us (https://amzn.in/d/0f0vkg9z), was published by Readomania in 2020. The book garnered recognition and was shortlisted for the AutHer Awards in the 'popular choice category' in 2021. In addition to her novels, Ushasi is the author of a collection of short stories titled Down a Dark Alley (Readomania, 2021) and has contributed to various multi-author anthologies.
