- Delving into how meditation and forgiveness help us feel lighter and brighter, and much more!
The author, Krupa Gedia is an educator, certified Ayurveda coach and a children's yoga instructor. When Krupa Gedia isn't crafting lesson plans or doing math (still!) in spreadsheets, she's doodling, writing, and diving into books, all while ensuring her family's tummies are not grumbling!
For over 14 years, she has been a dedicated Montessori teacher in Mumbai, India, and the USA, nurturing young hearts and minds through child-led learning. She's also supported friends in growing their schools. Alongside, Krupa works at an Ayurvedic company and has become a certified Ayurveda coach and children’s Yoga educator.
One of Krupa’s big adventures is her book, Om So Hum, brimming with love, wisdom, and joy. It blends social-emotional intelligence, Vedic wisdom, and creative journaling to inspire children.
Her sweet son, Anay, a trusty co-adventurer, earnestly contributed a few illustrations to Om So Hum. When not munching on his beloved Boondi ladoos, Anay finds his flow state in building Lego inventions and making memories with his loved ones.
The book releases in a few months.
