The sapphire coloured sky started paling
with the keenness of sundown. 

The heaven clutched the diamond-like fluorescent stars 
deducing an image of bright sequins in a dark raiment. 

The birds twittering in the eucalyptus trees,
abstracted me from the ear-splitting scream of wheels. 

The honey coloured moon hung above,
beguiled me for a mind trip of mysteries.

The swirling breeze embraced my face
and continued playing with my hair every now and then. 

The twilight was much blissful to enjoy a few breathes of solitude.
