The starlit sky in the full moon night,
sparkles alike diamond, shimmering bright.
I long to hover aloft the glistening sky,
to decipher the essence of my soul's lullaby.
My heart feels downhearted, down in the dumps.
My solitude crestfallen, shattered into chunks.
My eyes darted, a silver white streak I see.
It probably was a meteorite, filling me with ecstasy.
I closed my eyes, wishing straight from the heart.
May each awful second end and an appealing eternity start.
