Sitting ashore I dreamt...

I dreamt to dip into the deep..

Sitting still I wished 

I wished to snatch a shimmering pearl..

"Here I go", "Here I go,"

Asserted my ignited heart!

"Oh but there still lies tomorrow!"

Assured my prompt head!

Tomorrow turned to today...

And today dissolved in yesterday..

And they still could trace me

Sitting still on the shore!

"Now shall I go.." , "Now shall I go"

Ensured my ever-exuberant heart...

"Just let me muster some more muscle..."

And thus stretched my dream some more distant!

Moments lapsed and elapsed 

Mapping days , months and year...

Surly I was to dawn my march now

And my "NOW" equated "NEVER" !
