Get me one man in this world,
Who was loved by life.
She ditches one and all,
She is a not to be trusted.
Life is what you make of it,
Really! Try keeping it forever.
If it is so in our hands,
Why does it leave all in a mess.
All we are left with are ‘memories’,
And tears in our eyes .
Helpless, nothing can be done,
We are mere mortal humans.
Why is it that one person who dies,
Takes away lives of many around.
Our lives are the never the same again,
Yet we say ‘life goes on’.
Somewhere inside, you die each day,
The void in your life never gets filled.
Life stands there and laughs at me,
‘You thought I was yours’.
One more a lesson I learned today,
Don’t wait for things to happen.
I wonder, do souls too regret,
Wish I could have lived my life.
Mothers were created as God could not be there,
Do you promise to be there now?
Can you take hold of the family?
Are you willing to be a ‘mom’.
I doubt you are capable of that love,
You were amazed at your own creation.
All the love, if collected in one place,
Is a tiny particle before mother’s love.
Get me one man in this world,
Who was loved by life.
She ditches one and all,
She is a not to be trusted.
