This is what they would’ve felt

displaced to linger on -

Displaced – my heart feels

its pressure that’s set on
making me feel forlorn

Left out visibly in the rat race

I struggle to keep up pace.

cells torn and old - they

slowly realise what’s on hold.

Unfamiliar faces gaze at you

and not a single one to smile at you!

After running so long a mile

I’ve lost to be agile.

Who made the days ungain

No one understands the pain!
